Pretty clean for the age, actually. Most of the ones I see here in NY are all rotted out in the quarters and rockers. This one's still pretty much solid. At least from what I can see. Bumper fill panel needs replacing, but that's par for the course for box B-body cars. The plastic just gets old and brittle over time.

Can't be an '86 though, it's got the four square headlights across the front. Changed to 2 rectangles as part of the '86 facelift. Unless it's an '86 with an older front fascia swap, which is possible.
